The Keewaydin barge made it through the diminishing ice to Keewaydin Camp on the North Arm of Lake Temagami. The Pigeau family did it by following small open channels and breaking ice up to five inches thick. Top photo: looking south from east of Sealrock Point with Rabbitnose Island in the background. Middle photo: Noe and Sam  Pigeau on the bridge with Garden Island in the right background as the barge broke ice.
