Break-up Watch 2014 - May 10

Small ice openings appearing around Lake Temagami, our benchmark lake, and normally the last to open. Lake Nipissing can be safely called open as of Saturday, May 9 (clouds continue to hamper satellite imagery). As a loose rule, it opens four to 10 days before Lake Temagami.
