Break-up Watch 2015 - May 6  revised

Ice-out May 6!

In the May 5 image below there is only ice visible, through the clouds, on Makobe Lake, marked by the arrow. We have lake-side confirmation from Devil's Island on Lake Temagami of ice-out on May 4 in the conventional North Arm holdout of Lake Temagami, but a final ice flow was found fading above Ogama Island on May 6. Ottertooth uses Lake Temagami as its benchmark for the call.

[In the original version, May 4 was reported as ice-out.]
