Bear Island's southwest point (above). The former First Nation office and community centre were demolished for replacement. The log building at the heart of the old office was the historic fire ranger hall (ca. 1903), possibly the oldest building on the lake.

Looking south from the Northwest Arm into the Hub (above). Sand Point on the right and Cayuga Island with Northwaters on the left.

Bridge (below) where ice has retreated, between islands 688 and 690, east of Chimo Island.
