4 Lake Temagami Lake Temagami is a large lake trimmed with ancient red and white pines, dotted with a thousand islands, scattered with hidden bays and shaped by large peninsulas. Though heavily trafficked by motorboats in July and August, it remains a breathtaking lake. The photo is taken near the base of Ferguson Mountain on Ferguson Bay in early morning.
