Grand Campment Bay Access

The Rabbit Lake Road (19 kilometres south of Temagami village) has no signage for the trail so you will be navigating on your own.

Follow the gravel-and-sand Rabbit Lake Road ( watch for logging trucks).

At about 40 kilometres, which is beyond the Maryann Lake Road cutoff, the road splits and rejoins itself later. In 2003, the left choice was easier on the car, though longer. Take the left fork.

At 41.7 kilometres (25.9 miles), watch for an unmaintained, little-traveled side road on the left (UTM 622290 5204070). (Do not take turnoff at 41.5 kilometres.)

Follow this side road for 1.25 kilometres (0.8 miles) take the left fork at about 0.8 kilometres (0.5 miles). The road ends in an old clear-cut.

Trail will be found to the northeast and begins in tall brush on the edge of the clear-cut.
