Lahay L, northwest to Mi-tig-o-kay-wi-ki-wawm, west to Pinetorch Cr, south to Twinkle L, southeast along Mus-sus-kwa to Obabika R and Nasmith Cr.

I understand the Pinetorch Creek portages are open and Lahay L south on Nasmith Cr is travelled, but can anyone speak to the remaining loop of Nastawgan from Craig's map? Mus-sus-kwa looks a little dry on Google map's satellite view.

Can't speak to the small creeks on your route, but don't rely on Google this summer. Water levels are way down so all creeks are a concern.

You can portage from Mi-tig-o-kay-wi-ki-wawm to Pinetorch Cr and Lake. Follow the old logging road on the north side of the lakes, rather than the historic south side portages shown on Craig's map. You can see the road in Google Earth. It may be swampy at the eastern end, but after that it should be smooth sailing. I used that trail once to hike up Pinetorch Mt, we parked at Twinkle Lake and hiked north, then west on the old road, then bush crashed up the mountain.

Can't comment on the rest of your route.

Let us know how this goes. We've been thinking of publicizing this route. Though the portages are long, they are open and flat. If it id doable, it would open up some great new options.

BTW, the large lake in the middle is called Camp Five Lake. At the western end, where the road from Twinkle does a T junction, there is a campsite at an old logging camp.

Twinkle to Pinetorch is mostly a spring route. It may prove very difficult in July or August this year, with the low water levels.
The first part of Mussuskwa south from Twinkle probably has enough water, but as it crosses the access road it will be impassable, through a mass of treefalls and log jams, as it goes over to the Obabika River.
I would be looking for an alternate route this summer.
