Any guesses on when the ice will be off the water, and when the canoes will be on the water... May long weekend????????

I am going to the Temagami area on May 10th. Specifically I am going to Cassels Lake. I fully expect to see no ice.

Ice is completely off of Inlet Bay as of last night. Portage Bay will be gone by tomorrow.. |

Exactly Bob.. just because it's gone in the 32 foot depth of inlet bay certainly doesn't mean the main lake is free of ice. |
