I spoke with Jason in the North Arm last night. He said there is still about a foot of ice around Keewaydin. With little wind and temperatures below freezing at night, it is still possible to travel on the ice. |

Brian I sent you some photos of Willow Island, Sucker Gut and LER yesterday. Things looking very solid still. The ice free lakes are all south of the French River. |

Ice-out was May 6 -- same day as last year. We use Lake Temagami as the benchmark, but northern Temagami is always a day or 2 behind. That particularly means the park. Happy paddling.
