Loved the wolf photo. I believe you posted a similar photo with a moose kill several years ago from the same flying photographer. Thank you Brian and Ron. I hope one day to be fortunate enough to see and hear one or a pack. |

Great photos. They show one thing you can't see at ground level which is the Big Picture of the track patterns. On the ground you can see that wolf and fox tracks seem to run pretty straight. In these aerial photographs you can see how this plays out on a wider canvas. They ARE straight over long distances, and highly efficient! I once saw a wolf-kill of an adult deer and the incredibly bloody scene of the kill site is well captured in the photo. But it's so interesting to see the track patterns all around that. |
