I am looking for campsite recomendations on lake Temagami. I have a med size rumble boat and I am looking for a quiet site with good swimming for my wife and 10 yr old son.

Thanks wrn109,
I was aware of the provincial park, looking for a site out on the lake with a thunder box?

If you want a beach site that's not too busy, try the beach just south of Witch's Bay on the east shore as you head up the North Arm. If you want rock, try pink rock in Kokoko Bay, great swimming and a good spot to tie up a boat. It's a rock bluff on the east shore about 2-3km up the bay. Often times you've got to grab what's available, so might be better off just looking around.
Cheers

Cross lake is great for boat camping. Acessible from the main lake easily with very few disturbances once you're there

Agreed about Cross Lake. Less busy, large campsites and great opportunity for fishing and day trips.

When are you heading up? First time?
You'll find great swimming sites all over! Make sure you have a map that outlines all the sites! You can pick and choose from what's available.
