Brian this is probably for you. In Keewaydin Way there is a photograph of a brochure for Deewaydin Camps, I believe, stating A.S. Gregg Clarke, Asheville, NC. What was Clarke's connection to Asheville? |

Clarke taught at the Asheville School about the time Keewaydin moved from Maine to Temagami in 1902. He also met his second wife there. This is discussed on page 111. |

Many students during that period were also campers at Keewaydin. I think the school plaque (it is at least a hundred years old) is hanging in the lodge. |
