We are planning to come to the North Arm of Lake Temagami sometime in July. Is there a way to predict whether black flies will be an issue during the first or second weeks of July? I can't remember if the type of Spring weather is an indicator... and if so, how has the Spring been thus far in Temagami? Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thank you. |

The black flies are usually gone by then. The mosquitos will be the main annoyance. |

Thanks for your response~ good to know. We usually go up each year in late July or usually August so the annoyance of the mosquitos is something we are used to! Less familiar with the black flies. Thanks again. |
