We are planning to fish lake temagami and diamond lakes,near the end of the lake trout season.Where would the most central place to stay.

Camp ketcheney,
I believe they have an outpost camp at diamond. I am not sure if it is open in the winter.

I'm assuming you're talking the Feb 15 to Mar15 window...Give Rick a call at Ketchuneny Lodge. He is open in the winter and will take you up to Diamond. There is also Loon Lodge that your can drive to at the hub...but not sure if they will take you up to Diamond. Assume you're bringing sleds? |
