Hello All, just wondering what the conditions are for travelling on the lake these days, has there been any slush coming up anywhere ? I saw the report of not very much snow this winter, is that still the case ? planning a trip up next week,
thanks !

Hey. L.Temagami is in pretty good shape overall, just a little drifty right now. Not much slush, (patchy), but should start to come up if we get warmer wx. +2 by Sat.? Lots of slush in the smaller back lakes, and most likely in bays like Spawning or Hammerhandle. Not alot of snow in the bush, but the snow we got last week certainly makes it better to get around.
Have Fun.

Well as of 3pm Monday afternoon when we finished up our 4 days of fishing...it's an absolute MESS. Even the packed sled trail down the North East arm is starting to slush up in many places. DO NOT get off the beaten track if you have an old POS sled like my 250 Bravo. Most spots on the NE Arm had about a foot of snow on top of the ice and that is now a skim of snow and 8 inches of slush.
