has anybody travelled these portages lately, plan on doing a little weekend loop with my kids, from snake island to cassels to blueberry, to tucker, to sunrise, to rabbit and back into cassels, cannot find anybody's trip log referring to these portages,. basing it from info on route #10 in hap's book.
also what fish might we find there? |

I know there is travel through Sunrise, but into Sunrise from Blueberry? I hope someone can answer this. |

blueberry into sunrise is a no go - i spent an afternoon bushwhacking through in August but the trail seemed totally unmaintained.
i know i know - Hap describes the route (which is what got me there). bumped into a few folks on the way back out of blueberry and they said that the trail to sunrise had been unmaintained for years.
so that was my experience ... |

thanks, jbird, i figured we might try it and just be prepared to cut our way through. although maybe now i won't.
