Does anyone have experience using Navionics or TrakMaps GPS Mapping of Lake Temagami? I am interested in adding the Map Chip to my GPS enabled Fish Finder, but even though both of these companies say they cover Temagami i am a little leery of making the purchase without knowing what i am really getting. My unit is a Lowrance Elite 5 and currently the map just shoes a blank yellow screen where the lake should be. Thanks! |

Navonics map works just fine on Temagami... but thanks to being a map from the late 1800's... some places are off by over 100 feet and if you're downrigging, be ready for surprise 20 foot depths where it's supposed to be 140 FOW! |
