Hey Guys, I haven't been on this road for more than 15 years, and wonder what it was like last summer. We are planning on a summer trip, parking at that lot on Sandy Inlet and doing the napoleon portage into Diamond. We will be in a Venza, so wondering if ground clearance will be an issue.

Thanks,

Moonman.

It has been a couple of years since I've been on Red Squirrel, but I was in a Corolla and it was no problem.

The road is in good shape as far as the turn off to Sandy Inlet/Wanapitei, but the roads past that are rough. If its dry, any little car can get in there. If it rains for a few days, the potholes fill up, first with water, and then with all the little cars trying to drive back out.
