Back in April, we introduced the Friends of Temagami's Adopt-A-Canoe Route program.

I'm happy to say we've had some early successes. The following routes have been maintained, with blowdown cleared, new growth cut back, and portage signs installed.
– Spawning Lake to Red Squirrel Lake via Pineview, Business, Charley, Tasse, Chambers, Jackpine and Lenore
– Whitewater Lake to Little Eagle Lake via Birch and Zee
– Lake Temagami NE Arm to Iceland Lake via South Tetapaga River
