In 1982 I did a water sample contract for MOE, of the 250 lakes I believe Donald was the clearest most acidic lake we tested. Interesting to see if anything lives in it 36 years later.

Edna, Colin Scott and Potvin are fish sanctuaries and are closed all year. Check out the MNR's Fish On-Line site for info on species of fish for each one of the lakes. Not always 100% accurate but gives you a general idea of what's in there.

We threw a line in gold passing through and didn't catch anything, not that we tried that hard. Colin Scott looked like a dead lake to me, we could see bottom at 40'. We did fish McCarthy Bay and pulled out wormy bass.
