HI all, I've spent many years going into Algonquin but became very frustrated in the last few years with the amount of people and traffic. So last year on the september long weekend, a small group of us went into Temagami, went from Kokoko lake to Diamond, into the old growth campsite and into Obabika...not a person in site. Fabulous! I realize that that time of year is probably less traffic so I wanted to get your advice on how that route will be in the summer in terms of amount of people? We want to go around July 21st for about a week. Can I expect a lot of traffic and campsite competition?? Let me know?? Thanks so much! |

Yes. Probably one of the most popular trips around for a four to five day loop. That being said, it's still not Algonquin Park. |
