Hey everyone,
Im a long time lurker but first time poster. I am taking trip from hay lake into mclaren lake this week and I just had a few questions and hope someone can help out. how are the portages on that route and any site recomendation for lake mclaren?

I am not sure if there is a site on McLaren, but the portages are well used. |

I am pretty sure there is no site on McClaren. There was a little clearing with a trapper's set-up where you can pitch your tent on the portage into Spawning and there are sites on Spawning |

I love Hay Lake. Caught my first Pike there about 22 years ago when I was a youngin.
