Went down the Sturgeon last week. Pretty and quiet back in there. Mounted a waterproof camera on the prow for kicks. The editing is rough and you may find it boring but well there it is. I present the Sturgeon river at medium low water in 10 minutes. http://youtu.be/cQ6QAmi6auw |

Wow. I was feeling rather low and I went to the You-Tube site to watch your clip. It significantly improved my day. I will be headed down the Sturgeon from Stull Lake to at least as far as the Stouffer Crossover this September. Having watched the video, I am wondering if I shouldn't stay on the river a bit longer. Depends on the water level I guess. Beautiful, simple photography. It will never grow old with the camera on the prow. it is the beauty that the bowmen enjoy all the time. The gradual revealing of the river!!! Sorry to gush, but it was great to watch. Thanks. |
