Folks,
Can anyone recommend a person/company who can shuttle my vehicle either from Temagami to Mowat Landing or between Montreal River and Mowat Landing? |

Is there such a thing? Is this a common thing that people do is hire someone to shuttle there car from drop off to finish?
There are various routes that I would like to paddle and unless it's a loop of some sort it gets boring going back up the same way you came. |

You can also Fly in somewhere and paddle out. Or you can do the shuttle thing and get taken in somewhere by road and have your vehicle positioned where you want to come out.
Canoeists use these options in most places they travel and not just in Temagami.

there used to be a trailer camp about halfway up elk lake (couple of kms. south of the village, just off the highway). it was a few years back, but the owner let us leave our car there for over 2 weeks free of charge- maybe someone here will know how to contact them.
point is, its a lot closer to beauty lake rd. so it would probably be a cheaper shuttle if you could arrange it. |
