I am also interested in opinions on this lake and the loop detailed in Hap Wilson's book as the Rabbit and Twin Lakes loop. I doubt my family will do the whole thing, but I'd be interested in your opinion on Rabbit lake itself. Are there alot of cottages? Loud boats? etc.

Hi Andy,
There are probably around 50 cottages on Rabbit Lake but at least half of them are in bays so their presence is not that noticeable. You normally don't get the kind of large powerboats that you would get on Lake Temagami except on holiday weekends when there is more visitor traffic. |
