ATTENTION HUBBARD ENTHUSIASTS!
I am pleased to annouce that on my team and I became the first in a century to successfully retrace the 1903 Leonidas Hubbard route from Northwest River, Labrador up Susan Brook to Hope Lake, and continuing on the routes of the rival 1905 Dillon Wallace and Mina Hubbard expeditions through Smallwood Reservoir and down the George River to Ungava Bay. The 650-mile, 50-day expedition began on June 24th, 2003 and ended on August 12th.
Over 100 photographs from the expedition are posted on my web site at: http://www.wildernesscanoe.org
Take a virtual tour of a wilderness landscape that few have seen!
