Anyone who knows me also knows I love talking about camp food. I am off on a trip soon and I'm writing a second book... which means the dehydrator is running like mad. Today I am finishing the drying of Italian sausage meat and then drying some different types of hummus and such for a workshop I am teaching on Monday. So... what are you dehydrating? And if you aren't drying foods - what are you planning for your trip meals? |
